How to remove anxiety from our life.

As we know that in this era of social media many people got affected by various anxious situations .Some of us ignore it,but ignoring any problem is cause root of depression. 

some of them are relationship problems it may be in between friends ,colleagues ,official friends  or our partners ,it's better to discuss the problem and finding out the solutions about them. 

We just simply analyze only our perspectives you have to understand the other person's perspective also, it gives you a lot of relaxation to your mind because in peaceful discussion you found the real nature of that person. Every person on the earth is not perfect, we should have to understand it. 
If you want to remove the anxious situations 
*you should have to go for hangout with your family member or friend who understand you for sometime. 
* Don't think that only you are the person whose life is filled up of various problems 
* Meditation is a best way to analyze our thinking process if once we are becoming able to handle our thoughts at any situation then we always feel the happy environment around us. 
* Don't take stress about anything. 
* Avoid the people who irritate you or open your evil side. 
* Always live with that person who cares about  you, respects you .
